★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purolator referred me to these guys for a package of mine. Spoke to a lady initially who abruptly transferred me to a man. The man exerted minimal effort in helping me as a customer and instead kept insisting I call Purolator back. He essentially wasn't interested in helping me judging by his tone. I am not sure this company knows what customer service is.
