★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an area rug at the Mississauga North store on Saturday May 21st. Was told to call May 28th to see if the warehouse had received it. May 24th the salesman Bhutan called me to say that the rug was ready for me to pick up at the warehouse. Malachi at the warehouse was pleasant and prompt bringing the rug to my car. Excellent customer service from the store to the warehouse. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very easy to pick up my purchase at the distribution centre. The associate, Jonston, was very helpful and professional. I only gave you four stars because when I ordered this table I specifically entered too pick it up at the store near me and was subsequently told I had to go to the distribution centre which is alot further. A little bit of an inconvenience but still very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better signage would be nice. First timers easily make mistake of going to commercial shipping as opposed to small time customers' loading docks.
Staff were pleasant and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient pick up process. Eight docks, sometimes fall short. There's always a wait time. Don't forget to read the package dimensions before you go to pick up. Have seen people struggling to fit their purchases in their cars and vans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a horrible experience with one of your associates last week (literally running away from my house after not taking my mattress as paid for) I had an amazing experience today. Jeffrey M and his partner did an amazing job taking away the left overs from the person last week and provided exemplary customer service. I hope the company recognizes them for their great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a TV in store I did not want to wait a week for delivery. The option to drive to the distribution centre instead is awesome. It’s easy to drive there as it is located near the 410 and 401. I was told in store that wait times would be at least 20 minutes, it actually turned out to be 12. The entire process was seamless and the associate (William) was great helping me get the TV loaded into my van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We finally received our bedroom furniture today! The wait (5 months) was painfully long (as it no matter where you order these days) but I had to pop on here and leave a review about our great experience with the delivery team. These guys were absolutely remarkable and definitely deserving of recognition. They took their time carrying all the items upstairs, laying down blankets and being extra careful not to cause any damage to our walls and floors. They were very professional, personable, and treated our home with the same care I’m sure they’d treat their own. Although not required of them, they voluntarily took the time to put our box spring and mattress on the bed after they assembled our new furniture for us. Truly exceptional service! Thanks guys! (Wish I had asked for their names)
