We are breeders so when we had a litter of puppies I checked the ingredients for puppy. I was shocked to find that you have changed the main ingredient from whole chicken to corn and next chicken byproducts. I will not buy your product until you choose quality over money.

They do not listen, refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor to discuss their lack of helpfulness. The only response is take the food back to the store. Obviously, they don't care whether you feed their food or not. There are plenty of other brands available.

It is n Recently in the past year I have seen the price stagger up and up. Yesterday I picked up a case of the wet food from my vet and when I was stalking it on the shelf with some of the cans I had from the previous case left, I noticed that the new cans were smaller. The cans have reduced from 165gms to 145gms. What is really surprising is that it is being sold at the exact same price! Why is it that the can has 20gms less and yet I am paying the same price? How is this fair to the end customer!

I am being forced to try to rehome three senior cats that have never known anyone but me because I can't afford the $250 a month for their food. Just as I was about to write a letter requesting larger can sizes I'm told by our vet that the cans are getting smaller and the price is going up. The monopoly two terrible companies hold over the urinary health food is terrible for pets and owners alike. Shameful profiteering and greed.
S	Speaking Truth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would give them zero instead of one. Recovery cat food is the only food I can feed my sick cat. I'm on a very limited budget, and they have just recently increased the price of the food, along with making the cans smaller in quantity. So now I am paying more, getting less, and can no longer afford to feed my cat. When I called, all they could come up with was blaming the vets for the price. They did not take an responsibility for what they are doing, and simply don't care that they are making it impossible for the average senior to be able to afford a cat. Royal Canine DOES NOT CARE. PROFIT OVER ANYTHING ELSE. I'm being put in the position of having to surrender my 14 year old cat to a shelter. I am so disappointed that a company that 'claims' to have our best interests, really don't.
J	Jamie van den Akker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this food! We have our 4 1/2 year old Saint Bernard on the Select Protein Potato & Duck and we are about a month in to his allergy trial. I have to say this food is awesome! We switched straight over to Royal Canin with ZERO GI issues and our boy LOVES the food. He is also on Apoquel too & so far between the 2 he is no longer itchy, skin isn't pink, eyes are clear and no longer gooey and ears look good too. These are all things that he struggled with previously and have cleared up SO fast. We are using kibble and cans and he just loves it. Hoping this does the trick for his allergies & he can stay on it long term, time will tell but we are very happy with the food.
