What’s more disappointing, Is that I cannot email their customer service to make them aware. Their system keeps rejecting my email attempts. Truly disappointed, as I am a long time Terra customer

J	Jay H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a pair of Terra work boots in January of this year and paid over $200 for them. Tried them on in the store and seemed pretty good. I work in a factory and they told me cant return them if you wear them to work, and I understand that.. but I tell ya, these are the worst boots I have ever had, I cant even get them to break in. There is a seam inside where the back of my heel is and it just rubs it raw and I get blisters so bad that I have to wear my old ones. What's worse is I cant even ge ahold of there customer service because it keeps rejecting me. Now I have to go spend another $250 and get the boots I used to have. I thought I'd give Terra a try but 100% regret it. Off to go buy my Caterpillar work boots again
P	Patrick Rothwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not waste your time on any terra products. I have bought these boots due to the fact the boots I have been using for year were discontinued. My feet hurt to the point that I can barely walk after a day of work. Never had this ever before in my life. Please do not buy customer service does not care either. For what I paid they should be a bit more understanding. Worst 300 hundred dollars I've had to spend in my life
S	SLAVA ISURE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems terra safety boots used to have a much better quality before. And right now quality changed upside down. Terra boots have a nice design, but quality of materials which are used for production of these boots is very poor... I have the second pair of terra boots for a last few years. Both of them failed. First pair (crossbow winter boots) had a cracked rubber sole after 1 year of gently wear. And they were replaced with a big efforts for a new ones. Right now I have a second pair.... Brand new they were sitting in a box for 2 years, and now when I started wearing them- the top leather (if it is leather) cracked after one week.... Pictures present new condition of the boots and cracked material just behind the toe..... And it would be ok if the price of these boots would be 10dol. But they were 170.... Disappointing.... I think I would not buy any terra boots ever again.....
X	Xale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my set of steel toed boots for over 5 years, often used as daily shoes cause they're so comfortable and don't really look like work boots buy they started falling apart and I didn't want to go looking for another set, cause how could I replace these? I went to Mark's cause I was pretty sure that's where I got these from and went looking for a new set. Well this set certainly caught my eye as it looked just like my old boots. I checked the tag, "Terra". Decided I should try them out and they fit perfectly and are even more comfortable than my current ones! Affordable enough to be covered by some employers if they are required safety equipment as well. What a deal! If you're working, you may as well be wearing something comfortable.
