M	Muzammal Chaudhry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my sprinter van checked out because it had no power when accelerating, the guy told me it had something to do with the intake system. Quoted me $3500 with labour to replace with new parts from Mercedes. He fixed the problem then about 2 months later I get the exact same problem. I take it back to him and he tells me that the intake system we replaced comes with a motor so now the motor is gone and you have to replace that for another $500 + labour and also one of your filters is gone that's gonna cost about $1800 + labour. I decided to take it to Mercedes to get checked out. They ask me did the guy actually replace it or did he just clean it and put it back because if he had changed it it would already come with a new motor. I call the owner and ask him if he had indeed changed it and he tells me ofcourse, and I tell him that the dealership just told me that if you had changed it it would have come with a new motor. He tells me then that he replaced it with aftermarket parts when the price he had quoted me was for actual Mercedes parts. He told me to come Back and he would replace the motor which he did but I still have the exact same problem with my car and he wants me pay for a new filter. Really messed up.

Called Mohammed this morning to request a same-day winter tires changeover, he took my car in around 10am, finished the tire swap in 20 minutes. What a prompt service! On top of that, they charge very reasonable price. I think from now on, I’ll be going this car shop instead of those big brands.

You changed the transmission oil and handed over the car. 25km away right after the service was complete, the transmission oil spilled causing cloud of smoke putting me and my family in danger on QEW highway. You can blame the age of my Camry car manufactured in 2009 or blame the fate and my bad luck. I actually blame that the car was not checked after the job was completed and I blame not to be told about the necessary job that must be done when the service is due. There was no sympathy shown or a sign to share even a small portion of the responsibility. That was my issue not anything else.
