R	Ryan C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Countless board games, puzzles, and other fun products in a clean & cozy shop that you can see directly from Wolfedale (just south of the train tracks). There is also a café where in pre-COVID days you could order coffee, snacks, etc. While they are offering in-person shopping, they also have a very robust website where you can order games for delivery and curbside pickup.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about the games and can help out if you are stuck or don't know the rules. There are a few tables to hang out and play from their wall of rentals. Highly recommend if you're looking for certain games, pieces for your set, or wanting to try something out before buying.

If the game you're looking for isn't available, you can also check our their website and they can ship it to the store or deliver it to you. They are also a board game cafe and have food and drink options available. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking to add new board games to your collection. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
J	J Miki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem of a game store and cafe. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to hang out with feasible 2 hour time slots. There are so many amazing games, card sleeves, and hobby items to look at. There's a slight mark up compared to larger stores but it's worth it to support the store. They have a cafe with food and drinks to enjoy while playing games. They also have a reroll program to sell games on consignment.

I ordered a game last week and unfortunately it wasn't in stock due to inventory issue. LVLUP acknowledged the issue and offered me 2 solutions. Maui made the process easy and we were able to settle on a solution that worked. The rest of the items came in great condition. Will reorder from here again!

I can't recommend this place enough! Just got back again today and had the white truffle chickpea toast. It was incredible (and vegan!!!). The presentation was also so nice that I (almost) though it was to fancy to be served at a board game cafe! Seriously, it was the best open face sandwich I have ever had.

Their staff is also super friendly they're always there when I have questions ? they also sell neat snacks by their counter which are super cute
C	Chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem! Tucked away in an unassuming location, they have a fantastic selection of games, sleeves, and D&D products to buy. They also have an extensive library of games to play in store, some of which you can also rent which is a huge plus. Staff/owners are very friendly. I love that you can borrow a game (or multiple) for a week, so that you know before buying if you like it or not. I haven't found many places outside of downtown Toronto that offer game rentals. Last time I asked, they said they were still working out the details, so you may want to call to confirm, but basically you pay a deposit and they will refund you (minus a rental fee) when you return the game. If you like the game and want to buy it, they will swap out your rental for a brand new copy! If you follow them on social media you will see that they are continuously adding to the game library and at this time have started a head-to-head voting system for new games to be added, which is great. The pictures I've included in this review are some of the games in the library for playing. This is my new favourite game store! :)
