★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldergrove townhouses should not be so pricey. No on site amenities to create the inflated price. Just another case of a development company asking to high of a price. People will pay it in the end sadly, because a home is needed. House poor, in a townhouse will be the results. Townhouses are not supposed to rival the price of single detached.
