★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of good sales, the staff is usually very helpful. Check your receipts though, there are usually errors.
A later visit, they were out of a product on sale hat we wanted, asked for a raincheck. Was told we could get one in 15 minutes. Geez. WHY would it take that long? Not good.
Update: Now they don't even give rainchecks. Plus out of stock on most of the sale items, even though it's only the second day of the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shop here for our family of four and lets be honest every penny saved counts these days! We shop here because the prices are lower then other grocery stores and we save $. Whenever we go (late evenings) there isnt much of a line up nor many people (great with the Covid world we now live in). Lots of parking, great staff, local and the price is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager is obviously a little teenager. She atleast acted like one.
Her and a cashier were laughing and looking at photos on their phones while we were trying to pay. Very unprofessional and was super rude. The signs are not well written and can be mistaken very easily, which make you end up paying more. Someone isn't doing their jobs right in Freshco Aldergrove. Also the boys who were putting away fruits didn't have any name tags on so they looked like customers themselves. I hope this Freshco ups their game a little as it's a very sloppy look they are giving to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many staff saw me but didn't say anything, more of glared and looked irritated. I even had one staff member walk into me, despite me moving over. Bags weren't offered and I had to pay after my transaction. Garbage staff and service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh, maybe I shouldn't rate this so high ... maybe then others will find out about the great prices and unique products they carry and then they'll get there and buy everything up before I can and then the shelves will be empty and I will miss out on all the groceries I usually get! So yeah. Never mind. Keep scrolling. Nothing to see here!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices. However, cashier staff needs to work on customer service and start greeting non white customers(they are human too). You can do this. Good for store sales and overall culture of your workplace.
