★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I dropped in to Novus Glass in Aldergrove to have a crack in my windshield assessed and repaired. As usual the staff were so efficient and professional; especially Brandon in the office who handled my claim and Terry the technician who did the repair. I would highly recommend this location for their excellent service.

They went way out of there way to make sure my work truck was back on the road within a few hours of reporting my shattered windshield to them. I will definitely be a return customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was amazing. I came an hour an half before closing time, and they check out the damage. Unfortunately it could not be repaired, so a replacement windshield was needed. Brandon’s customer service was excellent. He had a replacement ordered and ready to install the next day. It took 3 hours to have a new windshield installed and I was on my way home. Thank you Novus and thank you Brandon for your quick response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I walked in off the parking lot, received a quick assessment, and within 15 minutes the repair was started. I waited 45 minutes and car was good as new! Friendly knowledgeable people! Looked after all the ICBC paperwork! This is my second visit here, and I am very happy. Strongly recommend Novus in Aldergrove!

After the first snowfall this year I woke up to a brach through my windshield and clearly couldn’t drive like this. I needed it fixed right away. NOVUS was the first place I called and I have no regrets. They had me as good as new by lunchtime. Thanks guys!!

From starting my claim to holding my car for me overnight, no matter who I talked to they were helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It all starts with the initial phone call. I spoke to Maria on the phone about getting my windshield repaired. She was pleasant, efficient and was able to book me in for a windshield replacement the next day. I tried going to another glass shop that was only 5 minutes away. I had my appointment booked and dropped off my vehicle. I got a call approx. 30 minutes later saying my claim was denied which was extremely odd as I always get comprehensive on my insurance. For some reason I just did not get a good vibe and did a google review. Sure enough there were recent reviews leaving 1 star. I saw Novus had great reviews and decided to give them a shot even though they were 30 minutes away.
Well, I'm glad I did. When I booked my repair Maria told me to make sure the car had a full tank of gas as the advanced warning systems needed to be calibrated with the extra weight. Something the other glass repair shop failed to mention. Brandon, the branch manager, was awesome. His customer service was above approach. Something you just don't see these days. I will definitely be bringing my future repairs here. The repair work was A+++. Definite 5 stars.
