They were great and answered any questions promptly. We chose to live in a townhouse at the Mosaic homes because they are in a convenient location with all the essentials close by, the homes were beautiful and it was suitable for us.

He's prompt with replies and has been so helpful with anything and everything that comes up. I'm looking forward to continuing to deal with him as my resident manager.

Any questions I had he was readily available and got back to me within hours, if not immediately Very knowledgeable and friendly, its obvious he takes pride in his role.

However the day we moved in, it wasn't noted that we were moving that day due to miss communication - but besides that hiccup there were no issues and we moved in just fine. But so far the process has been positive and love my new home. Love that it's pet friendly, especially because it's hard to find a home that allows pets.

Great view of the mountains, and right next to the Abbotsford discovery trail if you’re one to go on runs or on a nice stroll. Family and pet friendly as well! My neighbours are awesome! Kevin Burton the manager here is very kind and approachable! We have had a great experience with him and the rest of the Mosaic Gardner Living staff.

We viewed the units a few times and came back here after looking at a few older places. The staff here have been wonderful and helpful despite a few communication mix up that were corrected and dealt with (Jillian Mutch ) re assured us everything would be ok and it was. Once moved in we were given an invitation to come meet (Kevin Burton ) the on site property manager who with firm boundaries and knowledge answered more questions and allowed us to feel very comfortable about our decision to rent here. Kevin knows that people are usually under a great deal of stress and often exhausted with moving and made us feel comfortable to reach him with any further concerns. We are currently enjoying our new home. And appreciate the team of professionals here.

She listened to what we were looking for and new exactly what to show us. She is great at creating a wonderful community to live in. Since moving in we have met the on-site property manager Kevin Burton. I have to say he is wonderful to communicate with and is a breath of fresh air. Great work team! Jillian creates the community and Kevin makes sire the community runs smoothly. Thank you for the work you both do.
