I cannot say this enough - the Ninja room is the most frustrating experience you will ever have in an escape room. You've probably read it on other reviews, but it involves maneuvering a stainless steel ball on pieces of wood. There are many problems with this, but to name a few...the pieces of wood are frustratingly small to properly fit the ball making the puzzle more a test of patience than skill. Doing the puzzle wastes a ton of time that feels it could be better spent on other parts. Working with more than one person is pointless, leaving other members to just watch as you slowly get more and more frustrated. It's a mess. The rest of the room is short and full of uninspiring puzzles. It's almost like the room was designed around the frustrating puzzle as we maybe spent 5-10 minutes on the rest. One puzzle is next to impossible to view the last panel. One puzzle is a straight up red herring even though it's advertised on the website as a central part. I could keep going, but the point is that this place is not worth the money I spent on it. Avoid at all costs.

We were a bit apprehensive of the outer building, location and lobby. The Final Flight escape room was fun and challenging. Perhaps a bit more expensive than it was worth. The room was very small...would recommend for 3 players. 4 max. We had a mishap with one of the props which cost us some time..but it was sorted out. On one occasion we were looking for a hint and only one employee was around and she was busy with a group. We were able to solve it with 2 hints and 3 minutes left.

Return customer. Visited Roundabout Escape Room twice and enjoyed both experiences! We chose Mummy and Final Destination. Both rooms were very enjoyable. Props and decorations were detailed. Will be returning in the future to try more rooms. Highly recommended! Prices reasonable.

Had a lot of fun and suspense! It was freaky going in (did the Butcher's Basement), and the creepy sounds playing over the speaker always kept me on edge. The puzzles were fun/interesting to solve β€” always looking for codes/number patterns so we could unlock the next room and progress. The creepy props all around always kept me wondering, 'what's a clue, what isn't?' adding to the fun, suspense, and mystery of it all. Definitely want to go back and try a another room/theme.

Was bored on a day during summer and was inferred that there had been an escape room near downtown Toronto. I myself am quite find of mystery and the likes and so this tip had most definitely caught my attention. I had made my way down north and soon reached Roundabout escape room. I had missed it the first time as the entrance is in quite the tight space. But once I had climbed the narrow stairs, I was revealed to see the much bigger and colorful interior. Sure enough, I was ready to play and had quite the fun time. I do hope to bring a friend with me the next time I plan to come as the butcher level is quite intriguing. Most definitely would recommend with their great service and amazing on hand experience with dealing with haughty customers. I had even spoken with one of the employees and they were quite the joyous lot to be with. Please come here as it is quite the breath taking experience. Even better than Niagara falls I'd say!

For context, I'm an escape room veteran and I've been to a few cities. This location is not as immersive as the best places, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our team of 8 completed The Prisoners with only 6 minutes to spare, and the puzzles were intuitive and plenty. Not much wow factor but still fun to solve. The only thing I didn't love is that the second room was too small for everyone to help with the puzzles. Still had a great time, and I would recommend this place as a fun team building experience to test your teamwork and communication skills. If you're a hardcore escape room player who cares about the theatrics, then you might not love the full experience here.

At first I was skeptical. Even 30 mins into it I still was. But then I got hooked in the game. It was fun totally worth the money. I even kept playing the game with my kids hours after we left. Make sure you go in groups as the more the noisier it'll get and the more fun. Definitely worth the cost and will be back again.

I went and played the Final destination room and it was a great experience! My partner and I weren't able to escape within the hour but they gave us 10 more minutes to complete the room. It was so helpful and allowed us to enjoy the experience. Would definitely come back again
