★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park provides enough of a space for locals and visitors to the area a rest location to enjoy and take in the view of the lake. There is a beach area for people and pups, a 2way lanes pathway that is shared with bikes, a skate park, some interesting Canadian history, small dog park, fishing, washroom facilities and a food location by a local food truck company.
We visited on a Sunday summer evening and felt that there was enough time for a peaceful walk along the pathway and so happy that we did so that our dog could have a short play in the water with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gorgeous park! We will definitely be spending the summer here . it's perfect for little kids. I brought my 3 kids,7 and under and they entertained themselves for hours. Love that there's a nice bathroom facility as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place right on the bay lots to do for the kids. Council might want to budget some money to remove the goose feces a little bit of a turn off for such a beautiful location.
