R	Rana Mansour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for the first time to grab coffee, I asked questions on the way the girl makes the drink which clearly offended her. She was extremely rude the way answering and shaking her head. Very disappointing experience and very unprofessional. Training on customer service is required for that lady maybe she will learn how to respond kindly to her customers from now on. On the other hand, coffee is great.
L	Lauren R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in to treat myself to a drink and the barista/person in the cafe was cold and short with me. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering a coffee. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. When I did get my iced latte it was by far the smallest latte I've ever seen and they charged me for ice. I realize some places add in extra charges so we cant see them all but it was strange to see ice as a line item on my receipt. I am more than happy to pay a premium for something that stands out but this did not for many reasons. It was very small yet expensive and made by someone who acted like they were better than me. With SO many other awesome places in the city, I will not be going back.

At first there was no one at the till and we could not find someone. When the you lady did appear, she was lacking in courtesy, to put it gently (she was blunt to the point of surprising given the service role). But everyone has a down day here and there.

The quality of food was unmatched and better than our group could have expected. Everything was prepared perfectly for a group of guys looking for an easy yet high quality weekend up North. I look forward to using them myself for an upcoming event in November. Well done.

Definitely will not be coming back. If you are looking for a peaceful coffee outing, look some where else.

When we entered the store, we noticed one of kitchen staff wasn’t wearing his mask, and our note to the front counter staff received a cold reception. ‘It’s not my job to tell him’ was the reply when we cordially brought it up. The Chicken & Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie didn’t taste fresh, tasted kind of sour. The Nona’s Spaghetti with Meatballs was decent. We wanted to tell the store that next time we are in the neighbourhood, but then all we could think of was the mask-less kitchen staff. Hope that Rosedale’s Finest could accept this feedback, so it could remain popular.
D	Dana Lovekin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hesitantly, I placed a catering order for a medium-sized group since the pandemic started. When questioning how I could keep my guests safe while enjoying the food (i.e. platters), Chef Jameson recommended individual "bento box style" cheese/fruit. What a fantastic idea to allow for event mingling without one extra added worry these days AND they looked beautiful! I was very pleased. Thank you!
