L	Lu-lu Daguio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was part of the students who started the performing arts program Love the school love the staff the friends but to top it all off I wanna say Mrs Marsh is the best dance teacher we are so very lucky to have had an outstanding influence in our lives. Thank you Rosedale for the great memroies. and yes Mr sketchley still rings that bell...lol

A	Alex B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school has some dedicated arts teachers and a good auditorium. However, the school is widely known for encouraging children feel depressed and powerless. Its sports and academic programs are lacking attention from the staff. The school does not have a soccer/baseball field outside, not even basketball hoops. On the breaks lots of students just congregate at the front yard and smoke. As a consequence, the volume of suicides is high, and a suicide prevention barrier had to be erected at the Bloor/Danforth bridge next to the school.

L	Lune Seishin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, if you're a cis male/straight/a person of colour/not rich, don't go here. The programs are really solid (which you'd think would be a plus,) but the community is extremely negative, it calls into question if the programs are worth it. it's seriously very stuck up and awkward and despite preaching equality is full of irresponsible, rude and priveleged students. It's overall kind of a mid tier experience and if you want to pursue art, either go to another school like ESA or Central Tech, or just practice it in your spare time. The programs and distance to the station/food are the only pluses. Also the drug problem isn't just a funny rumour, it's very accurate with kids dealing and doing drugs on the daily, and the suicide rates are so high to the point of them having to erect suicide prevention methods on the nearby bridge. There's also little to no attention to sports programs and clubs aside from dance despite having a pool and a lovely park nearby, which is really disappointing.
