It is nice they add another exit in 2012. They should also add elevators next.

Very simple station. However, I wish they fixed the sign that said 'Train' to 'Subway' because those aren't the same thing. I was confused since it was my first time here.

The 65 Parliament and 94 Wellsley bus run frequent which is very convenient. Simple and fast way to connect to the bloor/danforth line if you're in the cabbage town, st.james town community.

We've been to the Castle Frank Station a couple times. Very convenient if you have to go to the East end of Bloor Street for meetings, or need to get downtown quickly taking an alternate bus. The station is an outdoor station for connecting busses, and not well protected from the wind and rain.

Arrived at Castle Frank subway by subway train at 6:35pm. Usually I catch the parliament bus and get to work at 7pm Today this bus did not come to 7:05pm During the 30 minutes that I waited I noticed that four Wellesley buses came by. Two other parliament buses arrived within 10 minutes of each other and immediately went out of service. Another bus arrived that was a training bus. Finally a third parliament bus arrived and I went on and got a seat. Once this now third bus was full everyone had to get off the bus and go onto the bus behind which was now the fourth parliament bus. There were now no seats and I hardly had any standing room in the front of this now fourth I did not get to work until 7:30pm and was 30 min late What a joke. I would of taken an Uber or a Lyft but the TTC app kept telling me that a bus would arrive in 8 min. Three busses arrived but none were in service until the fourth one showed up.

Desperately needs Transit Signal Priority (TSP) installed on Bloor Street - Extremely difficult for buses to make the turn in and out on the station during heavy traffic. Would also be nice to have a screen that displays the bus schedule.
