★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Tried for hours to get proper food after getting delivered the wrong food and even the manager was barely helpful. Treated us very poorly the entire time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my poutine delivery came with no fries in the poutine. when I called them to ask for one with fries they told me that poutine comes with no fries. she told me they would call me back shortly so i waited an additional 30 minutes and then I CALLED THEM to see if i could get my correct order and she hung up on me. i called back and she told me ONCE AGAIN to leave my number and the manager will call me in 10-15 minutes. i waited 20 minutes and then called back and the manager proceeded to laugh at me, it’s now been 2 hours that i’ve been waiting for my food and they told me that the replacement will come in 50 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rooster on 7th has the most amazing customer service. We have ordered there a bit and had two mistakes made over the many times we have ordered. Both times they corrected their mistake and sent us cheesecake as an apology haha. Their food is made to order and always hot when it arrives. ❤️
