We have worked with this company 3 times in the last 7 years. 1) our neighbour, an identical house to ours used RoofWorks to replace their roof and was please. The team lead approached us to advise that they had a look at ours and found that it would be good for at least 3 more years and gave us their card. 3 years later they replaced our roof and we were also pleased. They are fast, organized, clean and very good at what they do. Bonus points for finding a nest of newborn squirrels on the roof up against a chimney, carefully moving it to a safe location in a nearby tree and and showing us pictures of the operation. 2) we had water damage resulting from a broken chimney brick last year. RoofWorks located the problem for us and recommended a great company to repair our chimney 3) just recently, we called RoofWorks again to repair a copper window apron...three stories up! Again, they did a great job. In all of these instances, RoofWorks was great to work with and really did exceed expectation.

Monday Sept 21st, Jason called me back at 9:30am and said someone will come by in a few days. I was happy someone got back to me.It’s ended there. Today Sept 30th no show. Recommendations from friends are so important in any business. You’ve lost my business and my confidence. I did my best to try to support my local businesses. Disappointing.
S	Sweetpeas .ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roofworks redid the roof on my century home. Which, as we discovered, hadn't been stripped in a century. They went all the way down to the original cedar shingles, found and repaired any of the wood underneath the shingles. They also did the flat roof section of our home, stripping that back to the original wood, adding a double layer of insulation to help keep that area of the house warmer and sealing it all back up again. They worked with our contractor to help seal up the newly installed skylights, so those were done right from the very start. Roofworks also replaced all our eaves and downspouts. Really, they did the whole gambit of what you might want for a residential home. I was extremely impressed with how professional they were to deal with on the admin side, how safe their jobsite was, how carefully they were around all our plants, including the ivy on the side of the house and the clean-up was spectacular. Everyone on their team was super nice and polite and great to work with. I would highly recommend Roofworks to anyone looking for a dependable, reliable roofing company, they can trust.
J	James Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our garage has been need of a new roof for some time, but l did not realize how bad a portion of it was that was exposed to the sun and not really very visible from our property. The crumbly shingles really failed during a recent downpour, and was seriously leaking into the garage. After nailing down a tarp as a temporary fix, l called a few different roofing companies. By FAR, Jason from RoofWorks was the most professional and honest and agreed to have a crew here quickly. And, as promised, the first good weather break (in the late winter), the crew showed up, covered everything around and knocked off the job in no time. Cleaned up well and hauled everything away. It is so refreshing to have contractors give an honest quote, show up on time, complete a job as promised and have courteous, respectful work crews finish a job... something that should be commonplace, but now becomes a nice surprise.! (Even the extra work involved with replacing some rotten roof boards was reasonably priced and explained well before proceeding) Highly recommend RoofWorks to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor.!!

They've replaced a small flat roof for us, our main large flat roof, and put new siding on the front of our house and redid our porch roof when it was leaking. Everytime has been fantastic and the teams are reliable, do great work, are courteous, and clean up well. Would recommend!

The person that showed up was very professional and courteous. I received the quote in a few days and I decided to go with them as I heard that they had a good reputation in the community. The crew that came were very professional and I was surprised at how tidy and organized they are. They finish the roof in two days and I couldn’t be happier. Five stars to Roof Works for the professional and quality workmanship. If I get another project I will definitely be calling them.

This was very unexpected and surprising. I would never have known and would have paid the original quote amount without question. It is rare to find businesses this honest.

Roofworks was the most professional: they always replied to phone calls/emails, friendly staff; carefully measured, professionally and safely installed the new roof; and make good use of technology: quote and invoice sent via email, payment by e-transfer.
