He also offered to help me with other future projects that we started talking about. Went back the next day because I needed more supplies and he was there again ready to help me with whatever I needed! Great customer service and great hardware store experience!

I absolutely love it and it's everything I thought it would be, and more. They graciously exchanged an item's plumbing part which was purchased at another Rona. They were very accommodating thereby avoiding me an out-of-town trip for a full exchange. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A series of problems regarding a roofing project. Late delivery by three hours and delivered some wrong shingles, this error cost the contractor time and us money.
In an attempt to compensate us, they promised express delivery of something else we ordered and that didn’t happen either. Again, that cost us; the contractor couldn’t stick around waiting for delivery so now we have to hire someone else!!!!!
