★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Bought an expensive chainsaw from them that won't start and they want to send it away for 5-6 weeks so basically the entire summer, to fix it. I was told they fix them and stand behind them when I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to order some stihl parts as I have over the 30 or so years I have been purchasing stihl products from this dealer, only to find a new $20 delivery fee????
Please put signage to this affect so customers know this. Suffice to say I found an alternate stihl dealer that does not charge this fee. Shop around for your parts.
