Chandler is very knowledgeable and immediately contacted IRCC (Immigration Services) for us. In no time she got a response from them with an update for us and helped us with her advice regarding the next steps we should take. Chandler sent documents and letters for us to Immigration directly and followed up to make sure everything was at the right place and processed.
