Even though I wasn't a paying customer, he took the time to ask about my situation and offer excellent ideas on how I might proceed. I was very impressed by his commitment to customer service and no pressure approach. Even though my needs are great enough to warrant hiring a consultant, I would definitely keep him in mind should I need to!

β β β β β Anthony was so incredibly helpful in helping our team get ready for the session and was so patient and understanding in the lead up to our session.
For our day session Anthony was able to help our team focus and get down to the bottom of the task at hand.
He is very direct and genuine but also understanding and was able to help us establish what needs of our company needs are and was able to help us focus on where our company is headed.
Our team came away more focused and less overwhelmed thanks to Anthony's facilitation.
His services also provide support after the facilitation which is incredibly helpful and we recommend Anthony for any of your companies strategic needs.

β β β β β I am absolutely impressed with SME Consulting and would not hesitate to engage them again. Jenna Sedmak led our nonprofit's strategic planning project. Jenna is obviously quite experienced in leading strategy groups. She quickly learned about our organization and project and led us through the process with efficiency. She knew the right questions to ask which gave us pause to think deeply about our direction and the resources needed to accomplish our goals. Jenna was responsive in answering questions. She is a good communicator and very adept at drawing out salient points that proved to be essential in identifying priority areas, setting goals, and planning for risk. Even though we had to conducted our meetings on line, we found the process to be seamless because of Jenna's expertise and sensitivity while leading our group. I am glad that we chose SME to lead our strategy team and I highly recommend them.

β β β β β We were so lucky as a board to have Anthony and the SME team support us through an overdue strategic creation process for a not-for-profit Society based in Vancouver, B.C.
We were able to create a new strategy over two days of working sessions. This was possible given how well-prepped we were to jump right into the work. We now have a new mission and vision to work towards with a blueprint to get us there.
