★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find my self more integrated into my body after completing my 10 sessions with Coko. Even my chiropractor noticed a difference in my body structure and I needed few adjustments. I just returned from 5 weeks of India travelling and I feel my whole body was able to absorb the travel well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was apprehensive about trying Rolfing, hearing that it was very painful. However with Coko the experience is really blissful!! Certainly there are moments where you must breathe through a release however that is perhaps only 5 minutes of your entire hour and a half experience. Coko is a very gifted practitioner. My body feels lighter, longer and more in line than ever. I highly recommend Coko.

How do you describe the wonder of holding a newborn child in your arms? What words do you use to describe the amazing symphony of sounds in a forest? It is equally difficult to find the words to properly describe Coko's work as a Rolfing/body balance specialist.
As human beings we learn to walk on our own and we pretty much get no instructions as we walk through our lives, often neglecting our bodies until pain awakens our awareness that all is not well. Coko is an amazing and exceptional healer who looks at your body and does an assessment of what thing(s) are disrupting the coordination and connectivity of your body system. If you are interested in optimizing the amazing creation that is your body it can have a hugely positive effect on all areas of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coko is a magician. She is amazing in every way and I believe it is truly a gift that she has. She just knows what the body needs and treats as required. I had a big problem with my knee where I could not straighten my leg properly. She watched me walk in a few circles and from watching me walk she was able to pinpoint that the problem was coming from my ankle and my hip, not my knee where I had an injury. Within 2 sessions she made me feel back to normal. Thank you Coko!! She is well worth waiting for. By the way, she is so gentle that I have to keep myself from falling asleep almost every time she works on me. haha

She has realigned my body, where my body actually holds the alignment, which was unlike my decades with chiropractic. It's like she has taken an eraser to my pain and given me back what it feels like to live in ease. Highly, highly recommended!
