He explained everything in depth and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. I will recommend him to family & friends if they need great service! Really can't cant say enough on how impressed I was with his knowledge and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my new phone from this store and was helped by a gentleman named Christian. The entire process was very easy and personable. During this interaction, I found Christian to be very professional and also very accommodating with trying to help me out to the fullest of his extent n providing me with a fair phone plan; he took this time to go through the options with me and was very patient as I jumped back and forth and asked lots of questions. I appreciate your patience and hardwork with me last evening very much and I would highly recommend both Christian and the Westhills Rogers for your phone/wireless service needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent - Aron is fantastic! He hooked me up with awesome new devices, a great business plan, heaps of data and all for a deal better than I could get anywhere else! Aron is super friendly, polite, easy to understand and provided the absolutely most perfect customer experience I've ever had in my nearly 30 years of being a customer with Cantel/Rogers.

I can’t say enough good things about the service that Aron provided. He helped me with my plan and to get my new phone with ease. He seemed to truly care that I was getting the best service and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much Aron!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alain and Aron were the most helpful Rogers reps I've ever had. I was very indecisive about what phone and plan to upgrade to thus had MANY questions and they were so patient and wonderful throughout it all. Both are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, they made the experience super comfortable for me.
Alain made the upgrade process very seamless and again was very patient with me while I tried to understand all my options.
I highly recommend these guys, this will be the only location I visit from now on!! ?

I was upgrading my IPhone and I had a million and one questions about my plan. They were so patient and answered every single question. They made sure my dad and I understood every option we had and helped us make the best decision.
They both have such a positive attitude and were super friendly.
I felt super comfortable with them and I knew I was in good hands.
They went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
My family and I will definitely be returning to this location and I look forward to dealing with Aron and Alain again!

They were both very transparent and thorough, explaining my options and ensuring I understood the changes to my wireless plan and the phone I was upgrading to. After hours trying to solve an issue with Rogers on the phone with no resolution and zero customer focus I went to this store.
What a delight. They care about people and want to help. So refreshing.
