Also they helped me save a lot of money which were going to Rogers unusually. I would highly recommend to visit this store. The experience just to be there is phenomenal. Once again thanks guys. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the two gentlemen in store. I was a inconvenience to them just by them having to unlocked the door for me in the middle of the afternoon.
My plan was to buy a phone outright.
They were rude and I wasn’t having it.
So I left and went to the source in town and purchased there.

They were both well versed with the new iPhones and all the new “things” apple has implemented. I left quite happy and well educated on all the new upgrades and go to use them without being confused. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! Was scammed here 2 years ago, so bought my new phone online to avoid. Went in to see about a phone case, as my new phone was being mailed, and to give the benefit of the doubt in a rad town over a 2 year period. Was told they could switch the deal I made, and walk away with my new phone today plus a case. They had me call Rogers to cancel my new phone, and as soon as the lady on the phone confirmed this, I was informed by the attendant in the store that the phone he had for me was not new. The phone was open box, and actually in a warehouse in another city. I was lied to at least 2 times on this visit and multiple times in the situation from 2 years ago. Thankfully the lady was still on the phone, heard the whole thing, and told me she was not canceling my order. The company has been great, this store takes advantage of people with lies.
