★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to see about switching from Bell to a plan with an iPhone 12 Pro Max on it. As soon as I mentioned the phone I wanted, both staff members were quick to tell me no. The only reasoning is that sometimes phones go on sale for Black Friday.........it's the end of July and my contract is almost up. Anyways after that they gave me a card to call them back when they feel like helping and no discussion of plans or other phones options. Extremely lazy staff

Went in with my son several weeks ago and the girls kindly advised us to wait a couple of weeks as maybe the phone my son was thinking of would be a better deal. Went back a couple weeks later and what excellent customer service. Tammy was top notch! Excellent. Went above and beyond. Set my son right up. Wish I had gotten the other girls name as well. Both girls worked well together. A very personable experience. Bravo girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tammy went above and beyond in helping us not only acquire and set up a new phone but also fix a few issues with our account that we weren’t even aware of. On top of that — we walked in 30 min before closing on a tight deadline and she stuck around to make sure we were fully taken care of. Best Rogers Store service we’ve ever received. So grateful to Tammy for her care and attention.
