★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 pairs of mules very cheap at Forever 21, back in November while shopping with Joseph. They had skinny kitten heels but they were nice and wide for my wide feet. I barely ever am able to buy off the rack when it comes to fashion footwear. Between bad knees, bad back, bad ankles and plantar fasciitis, I have some high maintenance foot issues. So when I found an inexpensive low heel that fit my wide feet I snapped them up. Plus, they had a very 18th century feel to them, which I love. Anyhow, I bought them with the intention of taking them to Roger's shoe Repairs to have the heel changed out into a French Heel. I knew this would be an inexpensive request and that Roger is the best. I finally took them in and he did an amazing job. He said it took him 4 days and he made me custom heels out of stacked leather! He didn't even charge me more than he had originally quoted me! They look and feel great. I can't recommend him enough. We always go to him in film and theatre to have shoe repairs done. He also does custom made shoes! He is located under the Fairmont. Now I have my wedding shoes! I am so pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Roger's store wearing a pair of shoes with one badly damaged heel. 25 minutes later I walked out wearing those same shoes with the heel completely rebuilt, and the other shoe serviced to match. He knew I was from out of town, but with friendly competence, made it a priority to help me. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was too. Exceptional!
