He navigated my husband and I through my first home purchase and since then I have called upon him to assist me with my continuing home-buying and selling journey. Specific points in his favour are: 1.I always choose Rod for my real estate needs because he always goes above and beyond my expectations. 2.The greatest value that Rod provides is his years of experience and wise point-of-view. I have learned to follow Rod’s advice; whether it is regarding pricing, decorating/staging, or location for a new home. 3.There are several stand-out moments, but perhaps the ones I recall the best are when we were selling our century farm-house. The new buyers were being rather challenging, and Rod helped smooth the way by a) having a new hand rail constructed to bring the hundred-year old one up to today’s code (at the insistence of the buyer), and b) taking a cut in his own commission in order to buy the ride-on mower from us to leave for the buyer. 4.I would want new clients to know that they can trust him. Even when I was traveling in Europe, Rod followed up with several things that needed doing (following up with building permits, etc) on my behalf. You can count on Rod to work for the good of his client. 5.Over the years I have introduced Rod to most of my family members. If they ever need a realtor, I would always recommend Rod!
