★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coworker got debris in their eye at 11 am, office called and got an appointment for 1pm at Rocky Eye Care. I did my best to get my coworker to the clinic BEFORE 12(We arrived at 11:45) so a doctor could have a look before lunch.
I was given attitude by a tall light haired lady about the time, after I said we were there for an EMERGENCY appointment they said we had to come back because the doctor was on lunch.
After all of this my coworker had to WAIT UNTIL 1:40 to see a doctor after getting there on time for the 1pm appointment.
This lack of service and care is unbelievable. We tried to support local during an emergency but lunch was more important.
I could have driven to CALGARY in the time it took for Rocky Eye Care to look at my coworkers eye.
Lunch is more important than a person possibly losing their sight.
At our job when theres an emergency LUNCH CAN WAIT until its resolved.
