You did no accept the work is incorrect! Contract was signed and agreed to by us and our insurance company( I still have copies of this if you do not believe me). This was poor professionalism on your part. Your former project manager (I say former as he has since left the company) that was in charge of this project showed no motivation and when pushed to get the work going acted like a child that had been scolded. Going months without communication with us and the other contractors is not acceptable business conduct. It was the worst act of professionalism I have seen.

From the first phone call to the very end of the project, dealing with RCC (North) was a terrific experience. The service and quality of workmanship was impeccable combined with clear communications at a all times. The entire Production Team overseeing the work and all of the subtrades consistently demonstrated professionalism. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend all those involved in our project and definitely will use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks RCC (North)!

RCCN was the provider for our insurance claim. We had a major leak in our sunroom and they came out for the estimate and got the right contractor to get our damage fixed correctly. They always follow up on the project to ensure it is done correctly. Excellent job. Wayne Tse

R.C.C.N got sent to our home by our insurance for flood damage, my experience is great! Super fast and knowledgeable, they cleaned everything thoroughly and came back everyday with moisture meters to make sure everything was dry and would not mold. Highly recommend this company!

Where to start. Company was awarded the bid to reconstruct my house after a fire. We approved all the sub contractor's that they use and had all the selections for materials approved through them. After 3 months of nothing being done (house was demolished to studs for rebuild), the 30 day estimates are expiring and these sub contractors (flooring, drywall, plumbing, windows and such) are calling me asking if this project is still a go as they have not been approved and asked why I am not approving them. I replied I cannot approve them that is Rocky cross that does this. They tell me they cannot get a response from them. I say , we have the same issue as we cannot find out when the work will be started. Three months pass and no progress on my house. Very little to no communication unless we become a nuisance to get then to communicate back ( at one point we were calling hourly for 4-5 days at time so they would respond). I start getting contractors to re-bid and push Rocky Cross. Nothing. This game goes on for eight months and they turn the project back over insurance saying the cannot do the work. Poor customer service, no professional conduct and just plain a poor company. I took over the project management with the full budget (after negotiating this with insurance) that Rocky cross was awarded from insurance and completed the project in 4 months, incurring extra repair costs for construction heating and such, but still did this with every upgrade we could dream of with paying only about $10,000 out of pocket. They are over priced and just a sham of a company. Do not trust them and do not rely on them. They kept us out of our house a extra eight months because they are a terrible company. One star is to high of a rating and if I could rate negative it would be a -5 star.
