★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a bad mood all day then I had my first Rocket Cycle class. FELT GREAT AFTER...so much energy, alertness, happy endorphins, etc. I woke up feeling fresh and happy and full of energy the next morning (definitely not normal for me!!!). Rory was fantastic. They make the whole experience super easy (providing cycling shoes, water bottle, fresh water, great showers, great studio, easy sign in process) which takes away "first time stress". Bought 5 classes, can't wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm stunned!!!! I just need to pick my jaw up off the floor to write this review.... It was my first trip me at this studio, and I just got out of Dana's class and it was the best class I've ever been to, HANDS DOWN. Facilities are 10/10. Music 20 out of 10. Front desk is 39 out of 10. And last but not least Dana is 102 out of 10! The class feels like a crazy workout, a night at a dance club (fun factor!), and a session with a motivational life coach all rolled into one! I'll be back, and thank you!!

I leave every class feeling stronger - physically & mentally - and always look forward to the next one. SO grateful for these folks & their workouts - the positive impacts they're having on my life are enormous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most amazing spin cycle class I’ve been to. Staff are amazing, instructors are wonderful, I had Rory today absolutely loved him. New members treated with respect and shown around. 5 stars all the way !!!! Other members are very polite.
