The worse customer service I have ever encountered. For 3 more dollars the guy was ready to cut my shoes apart. What I've done is I left my shoe to enjoy it and walk away . Hahaha that's was hilarious.

Quick note ... cash or debit only. This shoe repair is needs to be on the top for Mississauga. I have tried over 4 places in the GTA West to less than stellar results. The gentlemen here not only did the work quickly as I waited, he also took care of scuffs and discolouration that wasn't the main reason why I came here. That NEVER happens. I was very happy with the results. A heel tip replacement was done in less than 8 minutes. Just be patient with the nice gentlemen as English is not his first language but without a doubt, he takes pride in his work. The store is located in the same hallway as Rexall. For some reason, the mall hasn't put this little storefront on their map. It's not easy to spot his sign (it's inside the back wall).

I've been a loyal customer. Today was the first time I've ever had to complain about the work that I received. I tried to explain what the problem was. The gentleman didn't understand the issue. He called someone, spoke in their language. He proceeded to pass me the the phone. I explained the issue to the nice gentleman on the other line. He stated he will explain it to the gentleman I was dealing with. Once he got off the the line he got upset and said "Gimme my money ". He wouldn't listen and just kept yelling. He acted like I didn't exist, very rude n defensivehe just turned. I refer to him as he as I asked him for his name several times but he refused. I guess everything is ok until you you have an issue with the work received. Customer service horrible.

The WORST service, experience and TERRIBLE repair. We paid $45 up front for a simple repair. Our reciept and the store reciept detailed the work to be done and the cost; marked PAID. When we came to pick them back up, the staff showed us the boots, but then took one of the boots off the counter and told us we need to pay another $35. We pointed out that we had already paid the price we were quoted. He acknowledged that, but continued to insist that we pay an additional $35 because the previous staff "didn't charge enough" because he "doesn't speak good English." So let's say this was a simple miscommunication due to language barrier; unfortunate, but not really MY problem. If a business chooses to employ staff that can't even speak the basics of the local language to communicate the services their business provides AND doesn't even know the proper fees for those services, that's just really poor business management. So no, I'm not going to pay almost double the price I was initially quoted just because your staff are not capable of doing their jobs properly. And the kicker: The repair wasn't even well done! Awful quality, really rough and uneven. The repairs look like they were quickly filled in with material, left to dry however and never looked at again. I can't believe he had the nerve to even ask for more money for such work! The repairs were so sloppy that you can spot them from a distance without trying. Eventually mall management had to come intervene, assessed the situation, and also told the staff that they couldn't quote us one price and then withhold our goods to demand additional fees after the service is done. But the staff still refused to give us the other boot! So that back and forth continued for quite a while, other customers were waiting to be served (because there is only the one staff and he was busy arguing in broken English with both us and mall management now), until I finally just leaned over the counter and forcibly pulled the boot out of his hands. And only then did the staff finally decide to call someone on the phone who speaks English!! lol He gave the phone to mall management, all the while pointing and barking "Give me! You need pay!" Mall management ended up apologizing to us for how things had happened and said she would try to talk to the person on the phone to explain that their employees can't run a business like that. UNbelievable.

Buyer Beware! Stay away if you value your money!! I paid almost $70 (payment upfront) to fix 2 pairs of shoes. Came almost 2 weeks past my pickup date, to find that only half of one pair was fixed (the heel). When asked "What Happened?", the owner told me to come in 2 days. Wasn't an option for me, so he said to wait 10-20 minutes (rush job anyone?). I said I'll compromise by coming tomorrow if he gives me a discount for not delivering, but he refused. Had to pay for the heel job and GTFO by taking my money and broken shoes to another shoe repair.

Amazing craftsmanship and quality of repair. He restored and fixed my 17 yrs old boots and cleaned and fixed my favourite ankle boots. I would highly recommend and will use the services again.
