★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unlucky or poor tool maintenance?
Recently rented a 10" drill press (not available at HD rental), I had to return it to the store for repair before I could even get started. I was reminded that seven years earlier, I had a similar experience at Robertson Rent-All with a 14" Concrete saw for which the pull cord broke. Two rentals - seven years apart - 100% defect. I simply hope other tool renters have better luck than me. Over the same period, I never experienced any issues with tools rented at HomeDepot after several dozen of rentals. When I raised this fact with staff, they brushed off the tool defect with "it happens"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience everytime we've rented from them, from selection of equipment available, competitive pricing, and staff happy to answer questions over the phone. I went to drop off ramps we rented but when I arrived realized there was no way I could unload them and bring them in with my 1 year old son in the stroller. I called and asked if someone could help me bring them inside. An employee not only came out and unloaded them, but also completed checking them in and charged the card on file and brought me the receipt so I never had to leave my vehicle. Now that's customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental was effortless. I rented a compactor for stone work. The handle folds down and it only weight 120 lbs, so I was able to fit it in my small SUV. The compactor worked perfectly, is well maintained and even has a anti-vibration handle that was easy to stear with. Love the guys at Robertson Rent-All.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing customer service. Prices are beyond fair !! Only bad thing was that they promised to give me an instruction manual to assemble the scaffold and they didn't. However assembly was so beyond easy that it didn't really matter. I highly recommend them incredibly reliable.
