I usually go to a cheap salon that doesn’t really care about their clients, but I thought I would try some where different, and I am so glad that I did. This salon experience from the day of walk-in appointment, to the wash, cut and style made me fall in love with my hair after 21 years of hating it!! Angela was such an amazing person to talk to and she put a lot of care, time and effort into my hair. She’s so knowledgeable and talented in her craft and her experience is perfectly reflected in my hair. I would also like to add that this experience didn’t come with a hefty price tag as I thought it would’ve, it was only $34!! All in all, I would 100% recommend this salon and will definitely be going back!! Thank you Angela for finally showing me I can love my hair <3

I said I only wanted 1 inch off the ends and she cut at least 3 inches off. At first I thought she was just trimming the ends but then she kept going. My haircut reminds me of when my friend let her kid cut her hair for fun...just randomly cutting hair different lengths and different angles. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. Will never go back to Roberto's. I would bet a lot of money that this woman never went to school of any sort for hairdressing. I also understand that salons are short staffed, which I heard while there, but to keep your clients happy and for your reputation please hire people that are actually trained in cutting hair! My first clue should have been that she did not know how to operate the chair. Wasted my money and now I have to wait 3 months to get my hair length back and then pay someone to fix the cut....
