★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to Robert on the phone, informed me I can bring my car in, sat down in waiting room for about one hour and didn’t get greeted or anything. Got up and left because it was already a bad start. I am not upset or frustrated just a wake up call that you really don’t want to waste your time and I’d rather spend an extra 100 dollars if I can just get decent customer service and professionalism from these mechanic shops. To be fair, mechanic shops in general have a negative stigma so when you find the one that sticks out stay with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had damages on the driver side of my Benz. I went to Robert Car Care to fix it. It look as if it did not happen at all. The detailing, requesting the color from Mercedes and all, Robert’s team took care of the full process.
Very affordable and did not have to get my insurance involved; thank God!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robert is always busy so right there that's a good sign. Have always brought cars to him since I came to this city. His work is always done great. Prices are good and he tries his best to fit you in. I will wait a couple of days because I know when he fixes something it actually gets fixed. So thanks Robert and his team for all the work you guys do appreciate it.
