He was also incredibly patient and kind with our very curious, very talkative four-year-old. We recommend Rob's services highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so wonderful to find someone so supportive at a time of real need. I did not know very much about propane fireplaces and I had no manual to work with. The weather has been horrible and cold of late and the heating in my house is heavily reliant on a functional fireplace on the main floor. I was getting rather desperate so I looked Rob up online. He had good reviews so I thought I’d try him. I’m so glad I did. I was so relieved he was able to talk me through the function of my fireplace and helped me troubleshoot and start the thing myself! He didn’t even charge me for the help he gave me! I’m very thankful for his great service!
Having had Rob out to fix my fireplace 6 months ago, I did not hesitate to call him again today for an urgent but thankfully minor plumbing problem. He was out to do the quick fix very quickly and I was very grateful once again. I thoroughly enjoyed his conversation and good humour throughout. He felt the repair too minor to charge me! So generous and kind in his dealings with me. Thanks so much Rob!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob was an amazing find. Despite calling last minute, he was able to accommodate my service request same day! Having to coordinate repairs at a B&B when units are occupied can be very challenging.
Rob was extremely professional, polite and completed the repairs promptly. He is very personable and knowledgeable in his trade.
I will not be calling any other company in the future. All gas related repairs will be reserved for Rob due to his top notch service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob recently installed an Archgard propane fireplace insert into my home, and I was very impressed with his service and product. Rob came out and did an initial inspection and then recommended the correct fireplace for my situation. He installed the fireplace meticulously and with the expertise of the experienced professional that he is. Rob followed up with a phone call the next day and then returned to my house a short time later for a final inspection and to familiarize me with the operational aspects and capabilities of the stove, which I am enjoying immensely
for both comfort and heating requirements. I highly recommend Rob

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the work performed by Rob! After performing required maintenance on our 14 year old gas fireplace, he returned to install the much desired fan unit. The attention to the details for both visits was exceptional.
Upon Rob's suggestion we put in furnace filter material (cheap) and our fireplace is running better than ever! Everyone including our cats are loving the improved fireplace. I was so pleased to feel the heat rise up all the way to my office (furthest room) which has typically been the coldest during winter months.
The metal plate of information is just barely rattling so we will move it out as suggested if it gets noisier - thanks for the suggestion.
It will be great to see what my oldest son thinks of it when he is next over for dinner. Again thanks for an exceptional professional experience Rob.

Rob was very diligent at repairing and finding the problem for us.
