★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is no office it is a nice built house ruined internally by a bad landlord who wants to be a slumlord and illegally charge the tenants for damages or appliance issues caused by his own hand or by his own family when he lived in the place a few years ago or so he "claims"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is shady as a landlord. He thinks we should pay for appliance repairs or REPLACEMENTS. Really. I should BUY a appliance if the rental one dies? Nuts.
Oh and the one in question is 15 years old an contained a safeway bag full of debris when opened up.
One of his workers stole from me. And they built a garage kit from Rona and it failed inspection, so you know they are top notch guys.
I could write a book of issues this house had in the last 7 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical business owner, preying on vulnerable people taking advantage of their misfortunes. Upon confrontation tucks tail and runs. I too would give this company a negative star status if it was a possible. The shear immoral conduct is apprehensible. Obviously people’s children eating comes after his financial well-being, even if services were rendered his personal benefit. Most self-center , narcissistic malevolent character I have came across to date.
