β β β β β Mediocre apartments. Cosmetically bland and pretty old. The 3 bedroom apartments are actually fairly spacious and the apartments themselves are nicer than the rest of the building. The staff are pretty quick at carrying work orders if something breaks etc. Good location

β β β β β Had mold when i moved in, half assed paint jobs, stained carpets which they refused to replace. poor Management couldnt be more usless if they tried. They deliberately do as little as possible to help you anyway they can. Maintenance is very helpful though

β β β β β The location is good. But if you have a second car per apartment. Prepare to pay $20 more for parking than for the first car. My roommate paid for her car parking $65 but when I went to office they asked me to pay $85 per month. I asked the management, why should I have to pay more. They really did not answer my question and was acting rude to me.

β β β β β Okay, but I'm sure there's better. I lived here for a year and their staff is friendly enough, but they make a lot of really silly mistakes. I received N4 papers stating I hadn't paid rent when I did due to administrative mistakes and my rent has been increased by $80 so I don't think I'll be staying. The apartments aren't very nice and the sun room truly is the most useless thing I've ever seen.

β β β β β It is a horrible place to live. They have beg bugs and cockroach issues and the management does not do anything to avoid this. The carpet is really old and the bed bugs stay in it even after treatment. The management is really rude when we complain about these issues. They ask to leave the apartment if we complain too much about bed bugs. The building is very old and poorly maintained. There is a foul smell from garbage chute in every floor which is never taken care. The only advantage is the building is close to uOttawa and downtown. Be prepared to handle the pest issues and the annoying management if you are going to stay here.

β β β β β Management needs to be better. Pool has been closed for three years. No inside parking left. Squash courts closed for three years. Need more regular garbage disposal. Company doesnβt care about tenants.
