★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie or Laura has the manners and interpersonal skills of the sole of my shoe. As I called in a rx to be called over to my new pharmacy in STC and had to leave a phone message (which the above misinterpreted...that's okay I've done that before too). She filled the rx there in Hamilton inadvertently however I didn't know that and walked over to get my Rx here in STC it wasn't there. Came home called Riverview and found out they filled the rx. When I explained the message I left SHE VERY RUDELY said "that's not what the message said AND YOU HAVE TO GET THEM TO CALL US!" I then said no problem, that's all you had to say and that is what the message said as I was about to ask for the pharmacist who has always been professional and polite she hung up on me. I'm a retailer and don't like to publicly complain about service but this is a pharmacy no one should be treated poorly by anyone anyway but a pharmacy where sick people are needed assistance it is of the utmost importance. I expect a response.
