★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made my 9 months pregnant wife sit outside for 1.5 hours because they closed the waiting room. Her appointment was at 430 and they made her wait until 530 outside and locked her out. Appointments don't matter to them. Always expect to wait atleast an additional 30 to 45 minutes after your appointment to actually get in. This clinic is a joke and I am appaled by the horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ram is amazing, so personable, shows eye contact and the care to listen to his patients when they are in the room. Plus I love the no computers in the rooms it makes the visit more comfortable and relaxing. I am giving the 4 stars because I am getting unhappy with answering the questionaire with the getting the vaccine or not in the beginning. We shouldnt have to answer it each time for seeing the doctor as our minds might not change. He knows its a personal choice but please leave that section out of the other parts which I like with what this next visit is about, new concerns. If I get asked in person about the vaccine Ill be saying goodbye and finding a new doctor and took me years to find Dr Ram who actually listens to what I have to say and talks loud enough to where you can understand what he is saying. I am never getting the jab. Have two questionaires one for the jab and one for regular visits and give the jab questionaire to those who are really thinking of getting it. This will be my third visit. Love how easy it is to book appointments either through email or phone call which is great.
