I needed a new referral to the Ottawa heart institute I was basically told I wasn't worth the $300 my heart Doc would get from OHIP an I've had 7 open heart operations she made me feel worthless she's not a nice doctor. I found myself in tears when I left. I don't recommend her to anyone.
P	Pina Lucia Pace Buono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dreary medical clinic. Service of staff is far below grade. Today, Wed. Dec 30, 2020 I had an appointment for blood work. I was refused the blood work. Why? I was told it is only a routine blood work, they are a small medical clinic, they are in covid mode and someone had telephoned me and left a message telling me my appointment was cancelled. I explained no one called me about the cancellation. There was no message on my answering machine. The receptionist verified my telephone number and the medical center does not even have my correct telephone number!

There are Policies and Procedures in place that we must abide, tasks aren't done the way YOU want them too. * 5 ***

A	Anna Zee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot explain how Dr. Golbafian is very unprofessional, is rude to the point of being disrespectful and has no bedside manners. No greeting, no caring. Just wants you out of her face as soon as possible. God forbid you ask her any questions. She will tell you in your face she doesn’t deal with more than 1 problem at your appointment and to book another appointment, even if the problems are related. Milking the system much!? On top of that she makes you feel like you are wasting her precious time and she only has 2 minutes to deal with you. Sarcastic, rude, most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life. Sad part is she is a young doctor who has barely 5 years under her belt and she’s already miserable treating her patients. Definitely looking for another family doctor.

Good thing it's not a medical clinic. I know it's hard to find a doctor in Ontario but it's not worth mistakes that happen and lack of care. Wait and find a good doctor and better client care. You'll thank yourself later. It will be one of those thank God moments.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Golbafian is the most disrespectful and unprofessional Doctor I have ever dealt with. She berated me over the phone for 5 minutes for booking a follow up appointment 'too soon'. This appointment was booked online and had to be reviewed for approval, I do not understand why it was approved or why nobody reached out to reschedule if it was so wrong of me to book it at that time. She would not let me explain myself and would consistently talk over me in the rudest manner to tell me why I was wrong. I was in complete disbelief and shock at the way she was speaking to me. I have never felt so belittled, unheard and uncomfortable by a Doctor. She always wants to rush through appointments and acted so annoyed when I would ask her questions regarding my concerns making me feel too uncomfortable to continue discussing things. She severely lacks compassion and empathy. Finding a family Doctor is incredibly difficult at this time however I would rather wait hours at a walk-in clinic than continue my healthcare with this woman.

I found a family doctor with one phone call. The nurses are so sweet, my family doctor is very nice and understanding. The reception staff are welcoming and patient is very professional. Everything is organized so that i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see my doctor. The online booking/messaging system is super efficient and they always get back to me very fast too. This is a different of night and day with my previous medical clinic in Quebec. People in Ontario really do not know how good they have it here. I am 100% satisfied with this clinic.
