I asked when are you expecting her to be in salon then the lady hung up on me. wow nice service Pushing customers away . So proud of that lady. Your are100 % correct zainab abdulaziz. Better find new location

The place has two chairs for waiting area. Well if you are running late on your appointments, wheres the customer supposed to sit?!

The prices are also great and you're not paying for all the frills you get at other salons. It's exactly what I'm looking for as a customer.

When I was looking for a new place, she recommended I go to Dan (the owner) and I was not disappointed. He is a wonderful business owner and a pleasure to see each time I go in. He keeps track of each client's appointment on his Ipad so that he can look back to see previous colours/cut/style that you had in the past and is always learning the new styles/techniques. Since discovering this salon in university about 3 years ago, I have yet to leave disappointed. Amazing service and great prices. An example for the awesome service Dan provides: I wanted to do something dramatic and decided on doing a purple ombré/dip dye on my brown hair. Dan got to work but at the end of the appointment, the purple did not take to my hair like expected. In fact, you could barely see any purple at all! Dan handled it like a professional, and said not to worry and that we would set up another appointment to make sure it was fixed. It ended up turning out great and I was grateful that Dan made sure I was happy with the end product. Have been recommending them since I started going.

I am always pleased with the results. He is an excellent stylist. Also, patient, knowledgeable and experienced.
