I've been going there for the past three years, and Jelena has been truly amazing and is extremely talented in what she does. When I first went to see her my hair was in very bad shape (straw like and basically flammable from over bleaching it). She explained our best course of action moving forward to make my hair healthy again while getting the colour I wanted (ashy blonde). Today my hair has never been healthier and every time I go in for my colour she always does exactly what I want and more! Not only is she great at what she does but she's very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this salon and Jelena as a stylist, you won't regret it.

Jelena is knowledgeable on what shampoos and products would work best for our hair. I have never had a bad experience and look forward to my next visit.

The atmosphere in the salon was just amazing and comfortable. I also did notice that the person behind me was getting their scalp checked and I realized that the salon does more then just hair but also education, which amazed me even more. Jelena was the most amazing hairstylist I’ve ever met. Her knowledge and personality made the experience so much more pleasurable, and she makes sure to inform you of her every step which made someone like me, who was a little hesitant to make the change, more at ease with the whole process. If you’re someone who is a little paranoid/hesitant, please do yourself a favour and see Jelena, she will make this whole experience beautiful. Thank you Jelena, you are an angel

I’ve been going to Jelena for almost two years and she always does an amazing job with my hair! She’s phenomenal with hair colouring and she always makes sure that your hair stays healthy. Jelena is always giving me tips on how to take better care of my hair which is one of the many reasons why I keep going back to her :). The other staff at the salon are super friendly and professional, I highly recommend!

My hair had a beautiful colour and shine, she gave me good advice on what would suit me best, and she helped with picking out products for maintaining my hair at home. Seriously, it looked better than the reference photos I showed her when she was done. It was also a bonus that she was super friendly and we had great conversation throughout. Definitely recommend Beauty on Bank (and Jelena)!!
