★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked to a nurse from the North, after taking down all her info, yous refused to give an appointment due to the fact she is from the Northwest exclusion zone. Even though there have been 0 reported cases in her community, how many confirmed cases have been reported in NB?
I can imagine there will be a Human Rights Charge against your office, in the near future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a status Indian, I went for my yearly check up. Afterwards I went to pick out a new pair of glasses, I waited around with no one coming over to assist me. I asked one of the girls for help and she told me to wait, I waited and she went to sit behind the counter. I got annoyed and was going to leave when they told me I had to pay for my appointment. I told her it was covered under the treaty act, they said not the contact fitting. I told them I wasn't aware I was having a contact fitting along with my appointment. She looked at her computer and said "You had a contact fitting last year, you had no issues then"
Anyways, I paid for the contact fitting and never went back. Awful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of complaints this year. Didn't feel like the staff cared at all about my questions or concerns. I live an hour outside of town and had to drive in 3 times for 3 different sessions. They do not and will not even consider mailing out my contacts or glasses when they arrive without charging me for shipping. Felt like i was being mocked and talked to in a condescending manner because I ask too many questions about my prescription and shipping charges. I will definitely be changing eye clinics and not recommending this business. And really it's only because of a couple of rude ladies. I dropped over $1,000 in vision costs there and they couldn't even mail out my order as a courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eye doctors are amazing. As for a particular staff, the young girl that is to size your glasses and is suppose to help pick them out with you I'm disappointed with. I was in on Feb 5th. When I told her that my glasses were covered through status I seen her demeanor changed. She was talking to a young native guy and explaining how much his glasses were going to be, she did not help him choose from the ones were covered or helped him. He left and she told him not to wait too long because the prescription will change. I tried to get her to help me and my daughter choose glasses that were fully covered because we were only needing reading glasses. She pointed to the corner where the "covered glasses" were. If you ever seen it, they place them in the corner and they look like junk. We both chose ones fast because we wanted to get out of there. I feel that this has to change. It made me feeling discouraged and sad especially for others.

I have never had so many tests leading up to my eye exam.
They were very professional and Dr. Lawrence went beyond just an eye exam explaining and answering all of my questions.
I was super thrilled selecting my glasses and sunglasses!! The office has awesome selection
Hands down BEST ever service!!
