House shopping can have it's highs and lows for sure, working with Vince he was really able to read into what my needs were and steer the shopping process in the right direction. We didn't waste time looking at houses that weren't the right fit, there was no rush or pressure as well to buy a place that was "just alright". When it came to placing a offer Vince really went to bat for me to get the best price, he was successful there as well! As far as the purchasing process goes, it was very easy, they handle everything. Just show up, read the documents and sign them.
