★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul is absolutely outstanding in knowledge and is very respectable,he the first specialist that was honest with me and NOT after money he hit a homerun with my condition after 3yrs of pain and run arounds,his staff at the front are very welcoming and super helpful.....I highly recommend them TRUST ME ive been everywhere in the okanagan...He's the real deal...

The staff is very knowledgeable and help you understand exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful! I will miss going here, as it was an all-around pleasant experience! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Naturopath, Dr. Marissa, is very intelligent and well spoken and seems to know her stuff. The front end staff, on the other hand has no idea how to do her job aside from doing the laundry, answering phones and handing out forms for people to fill out. She does not even take the time to look at them to see if patients have medical insurance to help in reducing the bill when it comes time to pay.The fees that they charge, $170, is way too high for an 20-30 min. sit down that you are told will be an 1 hour consult. Then to be charged close to another $200 for blood work. Way to much money for very little return
