A remarkable place to stay. Arrived late and left early, so didn't meet any staff, but they had a great system for picking up and dropping off keys. Loved the room, appreciated the communication bright and early on a Sunday morning. Thank you so much

Just as it Promised, it was excellent and to say unique would be an understatement. Breakfast was a pleasure, the room spacious and comfortable with a private balcony. This is the kind of accommodation that makes a trip, just like a discovery you somehow stumbled across with a bit of luck. My last name being Ripley I felt compelled to stay there anyway and it was a delight. The Inn is as full of history and unique character as is Stewart itself.

My partner and I stay annually now. Very clean, rustic and quaint. We love the history behind each building. We recommend requesting a room with a kitchenette as there aren't many places to eat in Stewart.

Fun and clean rooms, super quiet and nespresso machines. I travel alot for work, one of the most enjoyable stays in a long time

Staff have quite an attitude and didn’t feel welcomed at all, room was dirty and found chips that were not mine as well as hair ties and medical documents from the last person who used the room, they were just mixed in with the room papers. Lights were burnt out and hallway had no light left working so stairs were completely dark every morning. Probably still the best place in town to stay but they can also do a lot of work to get better.

The buildings were old, had personality, and cute. We stayed in 602 which was a nice space. I’d give this place a 3 but: The smoke alarm was disconnected when we checked. We reconnected it. This is a really serious safety hazard. Given the building is all wood, the smoke alarm not operating could have serious consequences should a fire occur while ppl are sleeping. There were leaks all over the place and buckets in multiple very inconvenient locations. Photos attached. No mention of this at check in. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work. Luckily we had an extension cable that reached from other plug to the bathroom. The heating was inadequate. There is no heating whatsoever in the bedroom and it was cold. There was an anemic space heater provided, which helped a little. Luckily we had a fairly powerful space heater on us. Staff really just did the bare minimum. When we asked about border crossing, they told us to call CBSA. There are no laundry facilities. The free internet was unusably slow. The paid internet was barely passable. I’d probably try for other accommodation if I were to go to Stewart again.

Great hotel with a lot of character. Rooms were clean and exceptionally large with a table and chairs, as well as a separate sitting area. Our room (310) had a nice view out the large window and a small deck off the back and was at the back of the building. I would have given it a 5 if the mattresses were better. Ours was old and sagged quite a bit in the middle but was reasonably comfortable.

Ripley Creek Inn is by far the best accommodation in Stewart. They have something for everyone, from rustic cabins to more conventional hotel rooms, all uniquely furnished and very comfortable. The place was much nicer than it looks in the photos on their website and one of the buildings has a sauna available to all guests. Also, its located right on the main strip but the buildings are all tucked back on the lot giving lots of privacy and stunning views of the mountains. I look forward to returning to Stewart so I can stay in some of the other buildings. If you're looking for a cookie cutter hotel, this is not the place for you.
