★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a place that had a licensed parking spot. These require seperate property taxes to be paid on them. Rideout Barron didn't research that license for the settlement and as such I had to pay the city taxes for the previous year's property tax on the licensed parking spot. I contacted the realtor and Rideout Barron and never received a response back.

The firm was started longer ago than most of us have been alive and there’s a reason it’s stayed in business this many years.
