We sent in an email on a Sunday in late August and received a response from Scott, (broker) within a couple of hours, that Joe Kozak would reply and help us in our search for a waterfront property. Joe replied that Sunday within 30 minutes of Scott's email. From this Joe guided us to multiple properties over the next two weeks and we finally found one we liked mid-Sept. Joe held our hands through the offer process and we were able to secure our property at a very favourable price. We closed on our property Oct 31.
