We are first time boat buyers and had quite a few questions regarding type of boat, interior selections, horsepower, etc...Sean was excellent in professionally handling all of them and guiding us in the right direction. We have had the boat for just over a week and couldn't be happier. Shout out to Meghan and Dave for their help as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought a boat here years ago and have continued to go there fir parts etc. as it's close by. Always friendly knowledgeable staff. I guess sticker shock is the new norm everywhere, and paying over $100 for 2 bottles of lower unit oil and a bottle of 2 stroke oil once more demonstrated that. I'm sure that is what I would have payed at any marina, but proves that boating is an expensive hobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my Lake test today, the Captain was very knowledgeable and I had a great time. Sean the owner has developed a positive attitude in his business, much needed in todays world. Glad I bought my boat here, I was treated well and would recommend this Marina to anyone wanting a fair and honest deal. Had only one issue during the Lake trial and it was very minor ( stuff happens). Lens Cove is rectifying it and offered to transport my boat to my place ( 2 1/2 hrs away) as a courtesy, not many would offer this. I appreciate the offer but since my daughter lives only an hr away its a good excuse to go visit. Thank you Sean and your staff.

We were informed early of what was going to happen, what we needed to do and what to expect. All worked out very well. We then enjoyed a great summer on the boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our new Nauticstar 251 Hybrid has easily exceeded all of our expectations, and the entire buying experience at Len’s Cove Marina has been nothing short of spectacular. From our first contact with the 3rd Generation Owner, Sean Horsfall, to the customer care team, including Megan, Fraser, Dave, Bonnie B, and Barb to Brenda (and anyone we’ve missed), everyone has been helpful and accommodating. We always felt well informed and welcome. All of our questions and inquiries, and we had lots, were answered promptly and politely. Our boat arrived well ahead of schedule, and the Len’s Cove team worked hard to prep the boat and ready it for delivery to our Cottage, which they did on a Saturday. Len's Cove Marina is a time-tested, Family Owned and Operated business that both my wife and I would highly recommend. In today’s virtual world, it’s refreshing and comforting to find that there are still businesses that offer an exceptional level of old-fashioned customer service. Well done, Len’s Cove!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we decided to upgrade our ski boat, we originally called Sean in the fall of 2021 regarding a used boat, but in the end decided to go with a new 2022 Chaparral 23ft and are glad we did. Chaparral pricing is very straightforward, no negotiation required...their accessories and upgrades are not crazy expensive like some of the other brands, so we ended up getting it fully loaded. Between the time we signed the deal, but before production, Chaparral had increased the price of the 2022 boats because of increased pricing in the supply chain that hit worldwide. Obviously this was not good news for us, and we were pretty upset that we had signed a purchase agreement and then the price increased. We spoke with Sean and he was professional, and apologetic and shared all the support from the factory, proving there was no additional profit being made, and also offered us the ability to back out of the deal. We decided it was still a good price and was reflective of what was happening in the market.
Sean was able to give us a timeline of build date, and throughout the process, we were sent emails from his team, and online access to track production stage of the boat. When the boat was finished and arrived at the marina, they sent pictures for us to see it, and scheduled the water test and possession date. Everything was managed efficiently and the paperwork took minimal time to complete - and now we are happily on the water with our new boat. Everyone loves it, and we are happy we chose Len's Cove for our purchase.
