The Rideau King, a fifty foot steel tour boat sails Monday through Thursday every week from it's home port of Merrickville, Ontario on the historical Rideau Canal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited merrickville for the first time yesterday and gotta say it was a beautiful little town and much nicer than i anticipated. Luckily the weather was on our side and it was a beautiful sunny day which made it that much more scenic. The boat tours has not started yet but we are for sure visiting when they do start.
